EDEN AT BROUGHTON HALL ESTATE YORKSHIRE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER
In June this year we had the absolute pleasure of capturing Lauren and Ryans big day. They planned such a personal wedding that was filled with details everywhere! It was literally like someone had put a beautiful stylised Pinterest board infront of us, absolutely amazing! They had a small and perfect church ceremony in Kelbrook, Lancashire. The reception was at Eden on Broughton Hall Estate which is an absolutely stunning place.
For anyone that doesn’t want the traditional venue where you pick your chair covers and chosen meal, these kinds of places are becoming more and more popular. You hire a cottage or a big house for a number of days and completely personalise it. You chose your own catering company to come in, your own decor, your own bar/bar staff, etc. Organising something like this and to the standard this day was wasn’t easy but i imagine it was made easier by the wonderful Angela of Eventually – Wedding planners based in Yorkshire.
On the grounds of Eden, Lauren and Ryan had opted for the Sperry Tent by Papakata .These are the best tipi/teepee/marquee tents around and we’ve never seen other companies do this quite like the guys at Papakata do it. They completely luxe out the inside of the tipi. Theres cushions, comfy seating, faux fur rugs, lighting, furniture all inside. Its top standard stuff and really creates a warm atmosphere especially if the good British weather starts rearing its head. Which it did, of course! The rain wasn’t an issue at all to these guys and everything went ahead as normal, including the bonfire!
The tables were decorated with lemons and lemon tree branches with limoncello as the favours. The menu and invites all had an art deco theme. The bar was handmade by the men of the family. After the wedding breakfast guests enjoyed Gin o’clock (which automatically equals best wedding ever to all involved!)
The showstopper dress was by Essence of Australia, Lauren looked so stunning in it! The mens dapper suits were Whitfield and Ward. Theres so many details we’re missing out on in this posts and there were far too many favourites to choose from so we’re going to leave you with the below. Thanks to Lauren & Ryan for having us, we had an absolutely amazing day with you guys!
